ORDERING PROCESS

STEP 1: YOUR ORDER

When you have finished your shopping, you just need to create an account and our Yuba products are already on their way to you. In your customer account you can manage your addresses and orders. If you are already a customer please sign in using your email address and password. If this is your first time buying one of our products you can create an account with just a few clicks.

ACCESS TO DEALER SECTION

To receive access to our dealer section, dealers need a customer account. After we have successfully granted you access, you will be able to see our dealer-specific content.

STEP 2: PAYMENT

Paypal: If you have selected PayPal, you now will be routed to the PayPal page where you can pay what's in your shopping cart.
Pre-Payment: If you have selected Pre-Payment, you will receive an email with your account details from us. We will send you your purchase after we have received payment.
COD: If you have selected collect on delivery, you will have to pay the full amount directly to the delivery man (only available for Germany).

STEP 3: SHIPPING

Depending on whether you ordered add-ons or cargo bikes, we will send you your products via DHL or forwarding agency. DHL parcels can be tracked using a tracking number, which has the advantage that you can always tell where your parcel is and when it will probably arrive. As soon as we fill in the shipping documents, you receive a separate email with your tracking number and a link to see your shipping status.
